iPhone has a hidden feature that shows you the time you spend using your smartphone. The Screen Time feature shows your device usage and allows you to limit the time you spent using several apps such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more.

According to CNBC's latest report, this iPhone feature allows you to block some apps from opening after a certain period.
