Sony would be later than expected today, particularly with its freebie PlayStation Plus game that is supposed to be known to players for this week. PS Plus April 2021 Free Games Confirmed

According to PSU.com, they have originally spotted the leaks and speculations that the two titles from above would be coming to the platform by April 2021, and have recently confirmed that it would indeed be it. "Oddworld Soulstorm" is the upcoming game for the PlayStation platform and is to be widely released this April, also joining the PS Plus subscription service exclusively.

Oddworld Soulstorm (PS5)

"Oddworld Soulstorm" is the latest game on this list, as its original arrival on the PlayStation platform (particularly the PS5), would be on Tuesday, April 6, two weeks from now. To date, this would be the latest drop on the PlayStation Plus subscription service as the company usually debuts past games that have been popular for the gaming console.

The "Oddworld" series has been a top title for its developers since its arrival on earlier gaming consoles like the original PlayStation and Windows OS PC Platform. Now, almost 22 years later, the gaming company would be debuting it again, but this time, it is intended for the latest gaming console from Sony, the PlayStation 5.

Far Cry 5 (PS4)

2018 released first-person shooting role-playing game (RPG), "Far Cry 5," is also expected and confirmed by the leakers to come to the PlayStation Plus platform this April. Moreover, it is best known for its 2018 release, as part of the popular and massive "Far Cry" series.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Quarantine (PS4, PS5)

Lastly, another entry from Ubisoft that would be carried out by the PlayStation Plus is "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Quarantine," which is also one of the youngest games on this list. The game was only released last 2020, which is a great play of characters that matched the year (2020 is the year of COVID-19).

Moreover, the game does not relate to the real-world that has the COVID-19 virus and pandemic, as its "Quarantine" is something more than what we know, for its fictional bioweapon that is targeted by sinister forces. It is up to the good guys. the popular Rainbow Six team, to stop the weapon from releasing and allow alien mutating parasites from infecting.

Rumored games to appear

Though, PSN already confirmed these games to appear as free on PS Plus April 2021 chart, here are other two games that HITC thinks would be part of the list.

The two games include "Uncharted Lost Legacy" and "Untitled Goose Game." For now, let's wait for further details from Sony.
