Bruno Mars is the latest celebrity performer to bring his dance skills in "Fortnite" with the launch of a new Icon Series Emote on Friday, Apr. 2 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Epic Games announced that the battle royale game is getting a new emote set to the singer-songwriter's latest hit with Anderson .Paak, "Leave the Door Open."

According to Polygon's report on Friday, Apr. 2, the 24K Magic singer choreographed the new dance moves specifically for "Fortnite" players to get their characters vibing.

Mars, who rose to fame in 2010 with the success of "Nothin' on You" by B.o.B and "Billionaire" by Travie McCoy, posted a video on Instagram showing a side-by-side of him dancing in time with a "Fortnite" character.

Mars and .Paak formed the R&B duo Silk Sonic in February 2021 and released their album, "An Evening With Silk Sonic," featuring the hit single.

As Silk Sonic, the duo announced on Twitter that they are giving away a code for the Bruno Mars emote before it becomes available at the "Fortnite Item Shop."

However, the offer had sold out like pancakes, as players who tried their luck posted that the deal is no longer available.

The latest collaboration adds to the growing number of real-world stars coming to "Fortnite," along with KPop sensation BTS, Rapper Travis Scott, DJ Marshmello, and model turned Pop singer Dua Lipa.

In September 2020, The Verge reported that Epic Games launched a three-week-long virtual concert series starting with a live performance by Dominic Fike on Sept. 12.

The game had also featured the multi-Grammy award winner .Paak for a live in-game concert broadcasted from the Party Royale Spotlight soundstage on Sept. 19.

Grammy-nominee Kpop group BTS also went to the Party Royale's Main Stage, as they launched the world premiere of "Dynamite Music Video Choreography Version," along with two new emotes from the same song on Sept. 25.

"Fortnite" even recreated the Kpop group's explosive single as game characters danced the iconic choreography in the virtual set like the music video.

The latest musician to grace the Party Royale soundstage is DJ and producer Kaskade, as he performed his brand new Reset EP on Mar. 26.

'Fornite' is Bringing Real World to the Virtual Game

Musicians are not the only real-world celebrities Epic Games had brought to the game.

On Thursday, Apr. 1, TechnoSports reported the brand new Neymar Jr. "Fortnite" skin after Epic Games confirmed that they are bringing the Brazilian football superstar to the Battle Royale.

Players can unlock the secret Neymar skin by completing a series of challenges in the Fortnite Season 6 Battle Pass.
