Reddit has many discussion forums where players can engage and learn many things including game guides. A few days ago, a Redditor shared a technique in fishing in "Valheim," DualShockers reported on Apr. 7.
Moreover, he said that the method is convenient and it does not consume a lot of time.
Vincent Nacon, the original creator of the technique has finally revealed his way to build a strong fish trap. This was the first time he wrote a guide on "Valheim's" subReddit. He further indicated the important steps needed for you to make a fish trap using a few stacks of wood.
Nacon explained that players could not walk through a tiny 1x1 floor piece. However, the fish's size is suited for this space but they could not freely roam since they could only swim forward.
The Redditor also pointed out that players could also utilize the 26-degree roof, but he preferred a special way to stack the floor through this technique. In this case, if the woods are stacked like this, the fishes will have an easy time moving around.
Just imagine having a line at the center of the floors. After that, place another one down right at the edge, but make sure that the snap-on option is disabled.
Remember to offset the door or the gate by adding another 1x1 floor piece since the swing distance will provide a 2x2 distance. Moreover, the door will now lock in your trap, but it could still propel through the players and fish.
Also, do not forget to face the right direction when opening the door since it opens both ways.
You also need to construct the walls which should fit the ocean floor through this entire fish ramp trap's cut-away view.
Lastly, you can now start the process after funneling the herds to the narrow gap and closing the door afterward.
