Apple concludes its #SpringLoaded event on Apr. 20, bringin a lot of new devices from the Cupertino company, including the likes of iMac M1, iPad Pro M1, AirTags, a purple iPhone 12, and more. What is more iconic is that it is not even half of the year, but the company has already delivered on the highly speculated gadgets coming for the year.

The new gadgets from Apple promise better performance and integration for users, especially with the M1-based devices including the 24.5-inch iMac and the iPad Pro 2021. The family of Apple's Silicon chip adds new members and it did not limit itself to the Mac devices, but also makes an iPad carry the most powerful processor on the company's arsenal.

Apple Event Round-Up

#AppleEvent is still highly trending on Twitter and it rightfully deserves its spot, especially with the excitement of the public with the many releases of the Cupertino giant for the first time this 2021. All of it has been speculated in the recent months, with the iMac going M1, Apple TV 4K update, and the long-awaited AirTags since 2020.

The iMac is now smaller, sleeker, and more colorful for 2021 which follows the color scheme of the iPhone 12's base series and the iPad Air 2020's colorway. While in the past there was only the silver for regular ones, and the black for the Pro version, 2021 debuts the all-in-one desktop with colors for Spring and Summer (pastel pop), along with ditching the Intel processors for the M1 Silicon.

iPad Pro 2021 M1

The iPad Pro has gotten another regular update from Apple, but this time, it joins the powerful family of M1-fitted devices from the company which was originally Mac-exclusives. It seems that the iPad Pro would be more than a tablet, but resemble the processing power of a computer such as the MacBooks. The 12.9-inch tablet has mini-LED, 5G, and Thunderbolt 4 as well, bringing a new look on display and performance.

AirTags

One of the highly anticipated technology since early 2020 was the AirTags and it did not come for all the events that have transpired over the year of the pandemic. However, fast forward to a year later and here it is. It captured the round-shaped render of its initial leaks and could be fitted on any object via its accessories.

Price: $29 for one, $99 for a pack of four

Apple TV 4K

Apple TV 4K also updates this year, and it brings HDMI 2.1 support, along with Dolby Vision 60FPS playback with its streaming. However, it was not found to have its awaited 120Hz update to bring new displays but is something to follow on tvOS 14.5.

Purple iPhone 12, Mini

No new iPhones were announced and the iPhone 13 is yet to come. However, what is new in the line-up is the arrival of the purple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini, which the company seemed to miss during its release, unlike the iPhone 11.
