SSD Top End Deal: Western Digital Black SN750 1TB

This is probably one of the most top-end deals for an SSD right now, given the stellar reputation of the Western Digital Black series. The Sn750 1TB is on sale right now at Newegg, where you can get it for 17% off (less $30).

A lot of reviewers praise the WD Black SN750 1TB for its extremely consistent performance, more so in the Write department, according to this review from Tom's Hardware. Aside from that, the drive itself is clad in sleek black, making sure that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in any themed build.

Seagate Barracuda 510 1TB

Seagate is among the oldest names in digital storage, so you ought to trust their products. And the Seagate Barracuda 510 1TB is no slouch in that department. This unassuming-looking yet extremely reliable NVME solid-state drive is on sale at Newegg right now for 12% off (save $20), so get it while you can!

The only thing that you might find weird about it is the blue color of the PCB, which isn't likely to fit any themed build. But if you're mostly about performance and not aesthetics, then this is an excellent deal.

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB NVME

Another top-end option comparable to other reputable products like those from the Western Digital Black series, the Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB NVME M.2, is on sale at BestBuy as of this writing for $20 off.

And here's the kicker: unlike a lot of NVME drives out there, the 970 EVO Plus has V-NAND technology in it, which helps improve data transfer speeds by a mile with regards to non-V-NAND-equipped competition. Samsung is also one of the best when it comes to V-NAND implementation in their storage tech, so you can't go wrong with this one.

Western Digital Blue 4TB 2.5" with 3D-NAND

It's still mighty tough to find a high-capacity SSD these days priced affordably. When storage sizes go up to 4TB at most, the price can seem a bit out of reach, even for the normally cheaper SATA drives. But with this WD Blue 4TB 2.5-inch drive with 3D-NAND tech (on sale at Amazon right now), you can get A LOT of fast storage for a lot cheaper than they'd go for.

3D-NAND is the kicker you'd love to have, however. This particular drive features enhanced reliability compared to other ones without the tech. And it's also the main reason why the storage capacity is so high. Considering how big game install sizes are these days, you can never fail with this much fast storage.
