The Sustainability Group

According to its official website, The Sustainability Group's goal is to "help organizations to define their purpose, measure their positive impact, and understand the value of doing so."

It was launched in 2019 by Smith and her co-founder, Mike Penrose, to help organizations develop and implement sustainable and profitable practices.

"We believe the businesses that will thrive and prosper in the future have three things in common: they know what they stand for, they know how to measure it effectively, and they communicate it with passion," The Sustainability Group website states.

FuturePlus

One of the ways through which The Sustainability Group is putting its goals into practice is through their self-management tool called FuturePlus.

The tool can help organizations define their sustainability goals and see how these goals align with an organization's practices.

Specifically, the tool introduces what it refers to as a Baseline Score and Ambition Score so that an organization has a better gauge of the success of its strategies.

The FuturePlus website lists some of their clients, including creativity platform Soho House, cafe and coffee roastery brand Grind Coffee, and quality engineering and software testing consultancy firm Ten10.
