The Apple Learning Coach Program is coming this fall for educators who want to learn more about the effective use of some gadgets in teaching.

According to a report by 9to5Mac earlier this week, Apple expects to unlock the hidden potential in every student by giving every educator free access to the necessary learning materials.

As part of the professional coaching program, the Cupertino titan announced that it would be bringing Apple Learning Coach, the company's vice president of Education and Enterprise Marketing, Susa Prescott said.

"We also look forward to bringing the new Apple Education Community online, as a vibrant space for educators to learn from and connect with one another, and we think educators are going to love the new features coming to Classroom and Schoolwork to make learning even more interactive," she added in a statement from the official blog of Apple.

In order to elevate the teaching methodology and adaptability, Apple came up with the idea of rolling out this coaching program. Aside from teachers, this will be beneficial to digital learning specialists, instructional coaches, and other educators. This will help them enhance their skills by learning how to use technologies such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

More importantly, Apple Insider wrote that the program will make use of combined virtual workshop sessions and "self-paced" lessons. The specialists from Apple Professional Learning will spearhead the process of teaching something new to the teachers.

As the digital age of learning continues, the educator should be versatile when it comes to education. He/she should know now how to incorporate technology in the field of teaching.

Apple Education Community

Aside from the Apple Learning Coach program, there will be a new hub for those who want to learn more about professional and modern teaching. A fresh Apple Education Community will be arriving in the fall. The educators will be able to share their ideas with other people and make more meaningful connections with others.

Additionally, 9to5Mac included in its report that the newly-announced hub will be the hub for Apple Learning Coach and Apple Teacher.

New Features to Apple Business and School Manager

Interestingly, a new batch of features will reportedly integrate with Google Workspace. They will be debuting to both Apple's Business and School Manager.

At the time of writing, the two of them are integrated as well with the Azure Active Directory of Microsoft. With that, IT teams who rely on the Workspace will gain access to the federated authentication and directory sync.

Meanwhile, applications from US educators are still open for the Apple Learning Coach. It will run through April 19. You want to sign up, click this link for more details.
