Motorola Razr 3 foldable smartphone is rumored to be getting bigger storage than what its predecessors could previously offer.

Motorola Razr 3 Foldable Bigger Storage?
As per a news story by Tech Radar, the foldable smartphone of the American phone maker, which is also referred to as the Motorola Razr 2022 is reportedly getting more internal storage.
A new social media post from the executive of the Chinese tech giant, Lenovo, which has previously acquired the mobile division of Motorola, bared the specs of the upcoming foldable phone.
The general manager of the Lenovo Mobile Business Group, Chen Jin, posted on the China-based social network, Weibo, to note that the 512GB edition of its Moto Edge S30 has been widely popular.
It is worth noting that the Moto Edge S30 sports a 512GB variant even if it was only a mid-range smartphone offering, exceeding its flagship counterpart.
Motorola and 512GB Storage Variant
The Lenovo exec shared that the phone maker has then reconsidered the maximum internal storage of its future smartphones, including its flagships and foldable devices, hinting at a much-needed upgrade.
Jin added that "everyone" actually needs massive storage space on their mobile devices.
That said, the Lenovo executive disclosed that the upcoming smartphones of Motorola are getting a new top-of-the-line variant that comes with a massive 512GB storage. Not to mention that Lenovo phones are also getting the upgrade.
Jin added that the new storage option will "surprise everyone."

Motorola Razr 3 Foldable Storage Upgrade
According to a recent report by Notebook Check, the upcoming third-generation release of the Motorola Razr foldable is also likely to get a higher storage capacity.

That said, the upcoming Motorola Razr 3, which seeks to replace the 2nd gen version of the foldable, could release with a high-end variant that maximizes its storage up to 512GB.
The Razr foldable phone debuted way back in 2019 with only up to 128GB of internal storage, along with a 6GB of RAM.
On the other hand, the following generation of the phone, the Motorola Razr 5G doubled its storage capacity from 128GB to 256GB. Its RAM also increased to 8GB.
On top of that, other Lenovo and Motorola smartphones are also tipped to get the massive storage upgrade, including the rumored gaming phone, the Legion Phone 3 Pro and Elite, and the Motorola flagship device, Frontier.
