Ford's F-150 Lightning EV released good news for everyone who had already preordered the electric pickup truck or those planning to buy the vehicle. Initially, the numbers brought by the American car manufacturer were estimates. The company releases actual numbers from the produced cars from its factories, getting a better performance for the electric vehicle.
Ford F-150 Lightning EV Reports Better Performance, Range
The famous American car manufacturer released a new report from its production, focusing on the latest numbers for the Ford F-150 Lightning Evs' capabilities. Ford said that it brings more range and payload capacity on its electric pickup, and these are the actual numbers of the company, coming from its better batteries and systems.
Ford reports that the standard range delivers 452 horsepower now, based on the company's previous estimate of 426 ponies only. Additionally, its lineup can haul an additional 235 pounds of cargo, having 2,235 lbs. of cargo capacity.
On the other hand, the extended range in the F-150 Lightning EV's option can output 580 horsepower from the previous 563 hp in its initial spec sheet.
Both options from Ford can output up to 775 lbs.-ft. of torque.

Ford F-150 Lightning EV: New Numbers from Actual Car
The F-150 Lightning EVs' capabilities now add up to the car's capabilities, and it is comparable to Ford's famous Super Duty lineup, which is notable for its cargo capacity and power.
Predicting the numbers from having an actual vehicle to scale and measure would provide different numbers. Still, it took a turn for the better for the American car manufacturer.
