What would happen if Space Jam: A New Legacy turned into a fighting tournament of every Warner Bros.(WB) character, instead of a basketball match? What you would get is pure epicness!
Luckily for WB fans out there, this epicness is about to come true. The new game MultiVersus, which is a Super Smash Bros- style fighting game, will feature characters from Game of Thrones, Scooby-Doo, Bugs Bunny, Adventure Time, Tom & Jerry and many more from WB's beloved live-action and animated series, movies, and comics!

MultiVersus will be a free-to-play fighter game for PC and consoles that enable cross-platform playing.This game will let you play out your fantasy matchups in an exciting head-to-head battle for supremacy!
The cinematic trailer for the game was released on Monday, May 16, it starts off with Batman in his lab, who was suddenly transported into a new dimension where he met the scaredy Shaggy with his beloved sandwich, Bugs Bunny, and of course Arya Stark!
But the scene became crazily intense when these four characters started getting into each other's nerves. Stark maliciously cut Shaggy's sandwich in two, which instantly made him glow in rage as if he had a "Super Saiyan from Dragon Ball Z" and accidentally punched Bugs Bunny's face! This confirms that the memes of Shaggy are canon now!
Taz and his huge tornado swirled into the scene, while Steven Universe's Garnet and Adventure Time's Jake the Dog teamed up to go head to head with Harley Quinn. Furthermore, the trailer also included Superman, Iron Giant, Wonder Woman, Velma, and many more!

Who are the Playable Characters?
It is worth noting that the characters featured in the game will also be voiced by familiar names - such as Maisie Williams, Tara Strong, Matthew Lillard, Abby Trott, John DiMaggio,and Kevin Conroy!
Eric Bauza will be voicing three characters: Tom and Jerry, and so as Bugs Bunny. Andrew Frankel is also one of the voice talents and he will be voicing Reindog, a new character exclusively created for the game.
The new game will introduce a team-based 2 vs. 2 format based on an online cooperative gameplay, this means that you could have the most random yet exciting pairing of WB characters! Over time they will be including new skins and new characters regularly once the game is up and running.
Who knows? We might be even seeing the wizarding world of Harry Potter invading the game!
MultiVersus will also have 1 vs. 1 matches and a 4-player free for all mode where one fighter will become victorious. Their website has not specified the release date but they noted that it will have its worldwide launch this year. While their closed alpha will begin on May 19.
