Banda has unveiled the "Spy x Family" themed Tamagotchi series, the new report says. Instead of a virtual dog, a cat, or any little pet, you will be raising one of the most popular anime characters in the anime fandom, Anya Forger.

You can experiment with this pink-haired telepath and dress her as your virtual child. There are many things to explore about the newest Tamagotchi concept.

Like other handheld consoles, the Tamagotchi has once become a big hit among gamers, especially those who want to achieve the most casual experience.

The earliest Tamagotchi only allowed the users to take care of their virtual pets, but as it evolved, the developers tried to mix it up with other digital subjects.

Gone are the days of the pixelated graphics on the consoles, but some anime fans might come back for Tamagotchi because of the upcoming "Spy X Family" version.

For those unfamiliar, "Spy X Family" is a popular anime that features a family of spies with mysterious secrets. The family consists of Loid, Yor, and Anya, who is currently ruling the manga multiverse because of her "cute" antics to the viewers.

What Can You Do With Anya?

According to Sora News 24, Anya will be the start of the new Tamagotchi concept. As her caretaker, you need to take care of this six-year-old girl as she enters the Eden Academy.

You will act as her virtual parent who will watch over her activities. If she's already hungry, give her a nutritious meal or a snack to eat.

Aside from her usual outfit, you can unlock Anya's other attires, including the detective outfit, the witch costume, and more.

Anya can also change her mood through her facial expressions. She can express sadness, joy, and even use her popular "heh" trademark.

Before "Spy X Family" anime premiered last Apr. 9, its manga managed to sell over 12 million copies worldwide. For those who love to watch detective series with a twist, you can view this in several streaming sites such as Crunchyroll, Funimation, and more.

According to Hypebeast, the "Spy X Family" Tamagotchi is expected to be released on Dec. 17 at $20 or ¥2,530 JPY. You still have a lot of time to save some money if you want to be a virtual parent of this cute little spy.

Aside from that, it will reportedly come in two color options: Anyacchi Spy Green and Pink, per Bandai Namco.

In other news, Tech Times reported that the Pokemon Company has recently published the second trailer for the upcoming "Pokemon Scarlet & Violet" game.

According to the tech site, the newest ninth-gen mainstream Pokemon game will be the first open-world RPG under the said franchise. Aside from that, new mechanics will be introduced into the game, including the four-man multiplayer feature.
