Twitter's nondisclosure of the right numbers on the bots that are on the social media platform may be a massive breach of its contract and agreement, and it may be bigger than what the public realizes. The sale terms that were on paper should be explaining everything the new owner is to expect on the new property, and it is something that Elon Musk did not get before.

A financial analyst and verified Twitter user, "Kevin," said that Musk is valid for not accepting the current Twitter deal that the social media platform offered due to undisclosed information from the company. Many arguments came from the public regarding this deal, and one of them is "due diligence" that Musk waived on his intent to buy Twitter.

However, Kevin explained that Musk has the right to reject the offer in this state, as Twitter "misled" the Tesla CEO regarding the number of bots stated in the deal.

Twitter allegedly violated SEC Rule 10b-5 regarding insider trading plans and disclosures of a certain deal, as it is filed under the law and should be clear to everyone.

Kevin stated that "fraudulent disclosures" should not be accepted despite waiving due diligence on a deal.

Understated Bots on Twitter is a Big Issue

The tech CEO agrees with Kevin on Twitter, saying that what the user stated was "correct," and that the Twitter deal is not something that he will immediately accept due to this conflict. The undisclosed bots on the platform are a massive issue for them, and it would play a massive role in the deal for it to push through and continue in its transfer.

Elon Musk and the Twitter Sale

Many factors in the Twitter sale hindered its deal to go through and continue the agreement with Musk and the social media platform. One of the main reasons for this halt is the undisclosed number of Twitter bots that follow President Joe Biden on the platform, and it is something that the CEO found out via reports and his research of the company.

Musk would be buying Twitter with bots, and it would not be a problem if the company revealed everything to the tech CEO about what is unseen by the public, as the entire company would be his to manage. There were speculations to cut the deal and scrap it altogether for the Twitter bots alone, and it would be a valid reason to do it.

Some people might think that it is a small thing to go on about the Twitter bots and the sale to one of the top executives in the world, but it is an important one in this deal. Not having all the parameters or conditions in a sale is dangerous and misleading, something that may lead to bigger problems in the future, once he uncovers them after the sale.
