"League of Legends" Durability update, one of the major enhancements in the latest Patch 12.10, doesn't actually cover minions and neutral creeps.
Riot Games' Durability update made a huge noise in the Summoner's Rift since many players believed that this massive change could drastically affect their KDA (Kill Death Assist) ratio.
This is because the Patch 12.10 increased the health, resistance, armor, as well as shields and heals. However, these stat buffs only affect the actual champions.

This means that Baron Nashor, Rift Herald, Rift Scuttle, Dragon, and other monsters in the jungle, as well as the laning creeps, remain the same.
Riot Games didn't explain why these in-game minions were not included. Instead, the game developer stated that the Patch 12.10 Durability update was released to prevent players have an unfair advantage in the early game.
Thanks to this effort, squishy heroes, poke champions, and other characters that can easily be killed in the first minutes of a match will have more chance of survival in the Summoner's Rift.
For the past few years, Riot Games hasn't made major enhancements for neutral creeps and minions. The last update they received were combat buffs, which were released way back in 2015.
'LoL' Assassin Buffs No Longer Happening
Dexerto reported that Riot Games consider launching skill and attack buffs for assassins since they are the ones greatly affected by the latest "League of Legends" Durability update.
When the Patch 12.10 arrived, the win rates for assassin heroes, such as Talon, Zed, and other similar champions, suddenly dropped.
But, their win rates slowly went back to normal after a few days.
Because of this, Riot Games changed its decision, announcing that the assassin buffs would no longer happen.
