Vice president and chief strategy officer of Barrios Technology Ginger Kerrick will deliver the keynote and share the risks she's taken throughout her renowned career at the Johnson Space Center. Kerrick served as the first female Hispanic flight director in NASA's history and helped build a culture of risk and resilience there. She continues to be a vocal advocate for elevating women in technology roles.
"Every risk I took as the NASA flight director was extremely calculated," said Kerrick. "From operational safety and readiness to personnel training, we planned out every scenario for our astronauts and created multiple contingencies in case anything would go wrong. The risks I've taken have made it possible for me to accomplish my dreams, and I'm excited to share these experiences at Agility 2022."
On Sept. 22-23, insightful breakout sessions and panel discussions will allow attendees to engage with top GRC thought leaders and gain expert ideas and new techniques to rethink how to approach risk.
