Microsoft Teams is bringing in AI to help in its video conferencing experiences, especially during disconnections that may leave an awkward look for a person when their screen freezes. The video chatting app will also aim to help unpleasant sounds that come to the other party when there is a problem in the connection and help against echoes and feedback.

Microsoft Teams has an upgrade in the future version, and it aims to integrate AI into its systems to improve its video conferencing tools and experience. According to a video released by Microsoft Teams, the company is incorporating AI to help better the video feed when it freezes, and it will help avoid unpleasant images left behind.

It also aims to improve audio quality by reducing echoes, feedback, and distortion caused by connection issues.

Not only will companies that use online or hybrid work setups benefit here, but it would also work for online classes and catching up with friends using the Teams app, with its new AI. There is no name given to the Microsoft AI, and the bottom line here is to help those who utilize the Teams app for everything a person needs.

AI to Help Teams Get the Most Out of User Experience

According to Engadget, AI is helping improve Teams for users to get the most out of their experience in the present, with knowledgeable technology giving better features to the app. It is available for all and will come soon in an update from Microsoft.

Video Conferencing Still Important Now?

Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing apps like Zoom, Google Meet, and many more platforms ruled over the world during its lockdowns and restrictions to go out in public. The video conferencing industry became massive as companies used this feature to connect with their employees and client to continue their business.

Of course, now that the world is healing, there is not much need for these apps anymore, or so people thought. One thing that the pandemic taught the world is that people may do their jobs away from the office, and with this, many companies have adopted a hybrid work setup.

Google is one company that aims to give users more time at home and reduce the number of people needing to go to offices daily. Apple is also looking at a hybrid work experience for its company.

It only means that there is still a need for video conferencing, which would not go unnoticed like before, where only overseas workers or clients get to use this, as they are unavailable to go to offices. Microsoft's venture to improve Teams with its AI is a massive move that will help better the experience online.
