There will be a new generation iPad Air coming our way with the M1 chip and 5G support. Apple has plans to update this entry-level iPad with the A14 Bionic chip, 5G, and USB-C connectivity. 

Currently, the iPad Air is sold at $329, which makes it the most affordable iPad available today. In this case, the tech giant will keep the iPad design. 

The 10th-generation iPad will have a USB-C port instead of Lighting, which could mean that Apple will finally roll out the USB-C to the entire iPad lineup. 

This will open a lot of possibilities as the connector will support faster transfer speeds and more peripherals. Moreover, this will allow iPad users to connect the device to more modern external displays easily. 

There are also reports that the new iPad will have a Retina display, which may showcase an increase in screen size-around 10.5 or 10.9. 

Now, let's move on to the A14 Bionic chip. This new chip will increase the performance of the iPad to around 30 percent. It will also add 5G network support for cellular models of the iPad Air.

iPad Pro

Last year, there have been reports that Apple will release a new line of iPad Pro models. It is reported that the new iPad Pro will have M2 and wireless charging via a MagSafe charger. There are also rumors that there will be a new 14.1-inch iPad Pro model that will be unveiled during the launch event in September. It is also said that it will have a MiniLED display with ProMotion capability. 

The tech company is also speculated to introduce new MacBook Air and Pro models with 15-inch and 12-inch screen size options next year. 

Indeed, exciting times are ahead for Apple as it continues to deliver upgrades to its range of products. With all of these updates, we can expect a boost in performance that will make all Apple products easier to use.
