How to Play PS Plus Premium Games on PC

Of course, your PC needs to meet some requirements before you run PlayStation Plus Premium on your computer. The app requires Windows 10 or the latest. Other than that, you need to meet the following to access the app.

  • The user should be at least 18 years old
  • Requires a PSN account that includes registered payment information
  • Game controller (DualShock 3 or 4)
  • At least 5Mbps of internet connection

To download the app, visit this link to start the installation process. Make sure to follow the instructions when navigating from the PS Plus screen.

It should be noted that the PC app counts as a launcher. Some parts of the app could easily daze the users. Take note of these.

For example, it was said there that you could download the digital PS4 and PS5 versions of a game. In reality, you can't do that. You need to tweak the references on "PlayStation Now."

The Premium subscription plan costs either $10 or $19 every month. The package will depend on your chosen option. After installing the app, restart your PC.

You can also change options to fit your graphics preference. You have two choices for these. Either you will optimize the game stream or the app performance.

Connecting the Controller

A console won't be a console without a controller, and this is what you need before diving into your game. Connecting a controller can be done before or after opening the PS Plus Premium app.

With that in mind, you need to plug it in via USB. You can also link it wirelessly based on the given instructions.

Once you're done plugging your DualShock controller, tap "Got it." There are user-friendly reminders that you can see on-screen while you browse the app.
