The OnePlus Nord N20 5G is known as one of the "best budget phones" of the year, and now, an unlocked version is finally available in the United States. The phone was previously launched as an exclusive to T-Mobile back in April.
OnePlus N20 5G is for Sale for $299 for 6GB of RAM and 128GB of Storage
According to the story by The Verge, The OnePlus N20 5G is already up for sale directly by OnePlus on Amazon and Best Buy for $299 for a 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage model. The device is also available directly on OnePlus itself.
It is important to take note, however, that the N20 still won't work on Verizon for both the 5G and 4G. Customers of AT&T will be able to connect 4G only for the budget phone, which as The Verge notes, is not too bad since the carrier is "taking a slower approach" when it comes to expanding its more meaningful mid-band 5G coverage.

T-Mobile Subscribers will Gain Access to 5G and 4G Coverage
T-Mobile subscribers, however, will still be able to gain access to both 5G and 4G coverage. It was noted that the new move for the OnePlus N20 5G will give customers access to AT&T customers without the need for 5G or someone on a T-Mobile MVNO, just like Mint Mobile or Google Fi.
The article notes that those that are already using T-Mobile, can still opt not to buy the phone through the carrier, describing it as a smart move should buyers be able to handle it. As noted by the article, the N20 is considered one of the best deals within its class.
N20 Uses a 6.4-inch OLED Screen Instead of an LCD Display
The N20 offers a contrast-rich 6.4-inch OLED screen while "virtually all of its competitors" still include LCDs. The device is expected to support fast 33W wired charging and will include a charger despite already offering a fast in-display fingerprint sensor to be used for smooth unlocking.
The downside of the OnePlus N20, however, is that it still works on the Android 11 while new phones have already been shipping out with the current OS version, the Android 12, for the span of months as of press time.

OnePlus N20 5G is Equipped with 4500 mAh and a Snapdragon 695 5G Chip
OnePlus has already promised an update to the Android 12 for the new OnePlus N20. The article, however, notes that the clock is already ticking, especially since the Android 13 is already more likely around the corner.
As per GSM Arena, the OnePlus N20 5G is equipped with 4500 mAh and is packed with a Snapdragon 695 5G chip. The device uses a 64MP camera capable of 1080x2400 pixels on a 6.43" display.
