The French automobile manufacturer, DS, debuted its latest take on the DS7 SUV that lost its "Crossback" designation as it brought a larger vehicle with a PHEV engine. It is essentially a hybrid, but more of a plug-in one, but it still aims to bring clean energy to the car while clinging on to its petrol engine that outputs 360 horsepowers with this latest release.

Stellantis said that a new vehicle is coming from its company, and it would be DS's DS7 SUV 2023 that brings a facelift to the company's previous releases. The new car embodies the design and technology that the DS7 Crossback brought when it was first released, and it possesses the spirit of the avant-garde with what it aims to get to the new vehicle.

The DS7 SUV is a new car, as it is significantly different from its previous versions, which will help in its latest introduction and changes the vehicle. Alongside the facelift is its new 360 horsepower PHEV engine that changes the car's features, now focusing on integrating an electric powertrain with its petrol engine.

DS7 Loses its 'Crossback' Designation, 2023 Version Changes

The new DS7 SUV provides the world with LED Matrix clusters and better lighting with its upgraded systems. This feature comes alongside the latest car from the company, aiming to bring comfort and luxury in one. According to Motor 1, significant changes come with the new DS7, and both its interiors and exteriors are getting new additions to its features.

Now, one of its subsidiary brands, France's DS, aims to provide the world with clean energy vehicles, especially with a new release from the company coming this 2023. The new DS7 that sports an enormous body and lets go of the Crossback designation aims to introduce the world with its PHEV take on the car, still embodying the DS7 Crossback's design and features.
