The famous tech CEO talks about the Starship casually on Twitter, and now, it brought the topic regarding its design inspiration from "The Dictator," focusing on a "pointy" rocket from the movie. Now, he admits that Gen. Aladeen and the film were the inspirations for its current design, which pays homage to the satire flick.

In a past interview with Joe Rogan's podcast and YouTube talk show, the tech CEO said that he told the SpaceX design team and developers that he wanted the rocket to be like the one depicted in the movie. In the same interview, Musk also admitted that there would be no difference if the rocket were pointy or blunt.

Musk added that it made the rocket "slightly worse" for its pointy design.

The top billionaire then added that it was only a sort of joke from the movie, but the team agreed that they also wanted it pointy and went on with that design preference. Gen. Aladeen of the fictional country of Wadiya would be proud to see the Starship now, as it is something that he insisted on in the film.

Elon Musk and the SpaceX Starship

Elon Musk is famous for his many companies and significance as a tech CEO through the years, but the younger audience mostly hears the executive talk about the Starship as it got more prominent in recent times. Musk surely knows about the Starship's creation, and this is despite his previous degree and post-graduate studies during his university years.

He explains a lot regarding the Starship's creation and what type of engine it has, focusing on the Raptor, which brings massive thrust and power to the spacecraft. He also told the public about the Starship and Falcon's difference in rocket engines.

One of Musk's plans for the SpaceX Starship is to create more than one thousand units of the spacecraft for future Mars missions with humans aboard.

Now, Musk reveals the inspiration for the Starship's pointy design, and it comes from Gen. Aladeen of Wadiya, a fictional character and country from a hit satire movie from the past. Gen. Aladeen's reason for its design may be humorous and absurd, but it is something that helped make the Starship what it is today for SpaceX.
