It is a highly sensitive topic in the current lawsuit, with opposing ideologies regarding the said subject giving both sides a chance to air out their problems.

There is a tweet from the billionaire CEO regarding a public debate that he issued against Twitter's current leader, Parag Agrawal, and it is a challenge that he sets upon the current top executive. It aims to discuss Twitter's bots, and it would have two perspectives on the topic that would give Musk and Agrawal chances to speak regarding the issue.
Musk wants Twitter and Agrawal to prove that the company is telling the truth, something that would discuss the social media platform's claims regarding the less than five percent of Twitter bots on the platform.
It may be something that Twitter plans to reveal in court, but a publicly-sanctioned debate would also be an effective platform for both sides. The debate may also give the public the answer they need before the October court proceedings.

How Did the Public Debate Challenge Start from Musk?
The debate started because of an online thread that Andrea Stroppa, cybersecurity, and data analyst talked about the said topic regarding the dispute. Stroppa talked about what escalated between Twitter and Musk, citing the source of the problem that both currently face.

The Twitter lawsuit is one of the highly sensitive topics in the world now, and it already has a schedule for its trial in a Delaware court, something that the social media company filed against the famous billionaire. It talks about the breach that Elon Musk did against the agreed terms on the initial documents that were agreed upon, with a deal supposedly pushing through.
The world was initially shocked by Musk's purchase of Twitter and the supposed sale.
However, it immediately turned into an exposé regarding the Twitter bots that the company is allegedly hiding from Musk's camp, something that became a massive dispute in their talks.
The undisclosed terms, famously known as the Twitter bots, are a deal breaker for the purchase, and it still holds a massive case regarding the current lawsuit that Musk's camp aims to counter against the company.
Now, there is a challenge up for Agrawal and the Twitter camp regarding their bot percentage on the platform, and it is a public declaration that sets it up on a massive stage with many people bearing witness to it. Nevertheless, it is a significant move from Musk, as it shows that they have many things regarding this dispute that it may throw against Twitter both in the debate and lawsuit.
