LOS ANGELES, CA - JUNE10 : In this photo provided by Nintendo of America, Masahiro Sakurai, creator and director of Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. series, welcomes the excited crowd at NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE and fans watching online to the Super Smash Bros. Invitational tournament at the E3 video game trade show on June 10, 2014 in Los Angeles, California.

Last July 31, Sakurai created a YT channel that mainly discusses information about game development and insights.

According to a report by News.com.au, the content revolves around sharing tips, strategies, and how to "make games more fun" with everyone.

"Masahiro Sakurai on Creating Games," the official name of his new channel, will be the go-to site for future game developers who want to absorb more learning in crafting impactful games for the community.

Sakurai's first video gives the viewers a short overview of topics that would be discussed on the channel. These are all crucial in game creation.

His second clip, entitled "Stop for Big Moment!" is focused on game design. Sakurai wants the audience to pay close attention when playing a game. He pertains to the very "small details" that some viewers often overlook on the screen.

For instance, he explains how the landing attacks work in "Smash Bros." There are momentary freezes so the player would clearly see the gravity of an attack on an opponent or enemy boss.

Sakurai said that his YouTube channel is not affiliated with Nintendo, which means that it's only his personal plan to launch this project. He continued that the gaming giant has permitted him to use the game footage for his content.

Sakurai Wants to Help Aspiring Game Devs

Since it's all about his personal desire, Sakurai clarified that his YouTube channel is not created for profit. The "Kirby" designer only wanted to spread the word of game lessons and projects to future game developers around the world.

Simply, the YouTube channel is built out of his passion for helping people easily grasp concepts in game theory and designs.

With that said, many games have bizarre secrets waiting to be discovered by the players. The mysteries could be in the form of a secret mode, unusual mechanics, and surprise in-game treasures.

Meanwhile, GameSpot reported that Hideo Kojima, the creative head behind "Death Stranding" and "Metal Gear," has revealed his plans to launch a podcast program on Spotify.

Kojima previously announced that Radioverse would only be accessible on Amazon's Audible. To reach more fans all over the globe, the gaming icon decided to make it available on Spotify.

The Japanese designer will release the first episode of his podcast on Sept. 8. Because Kojima wants to communicate with non-Japanese speakers, the content will also arrive in both Japanese and English.
