Elon Musk announced to the world that today, the official Tesla FSD beta v10.69.2 is coming for more users to update and use on their trips or journeys around the city or through country roads. It aims to bring more safety features for all, and it is centering on a better driving experience that promotes a hands-free experience without worries.

The feature is awaited by beta users in the system for several weeks now, since Musk's promise of its expansion with the newly enhanced version of the system.

Many expectations are riding with the beta version 10.69.2, and users part of the expanded feature will get to see what the Tesla team has worked on since its initial release last month. The beta version's release notes are also available now.

Elon Musk Says it is to Be More Cautious Around Peds

In Musk's tweet, he said that people should expect that it is going to be "overly cautious" around pedestrians and other cars that the system detects on roads. There is a video by a Twitter user which shared how the FSD Beta v10.69.2 would act in case there is a pedestrian seen walking or crossing, and in this case, a person going to the driver's side of the car which is on the roadside. It showed that the feature would stop and prioritize letting pedestrians cross or get to where they are before proceeding with their drive.

Towards the end of August, Elon Musk and the Tesla team promised that the Full-Self Driving beta version 10.69.2 will roll out to more users that applied to the system will get it. However, it saw some slight delays to the timeline that the tech CEO initially promised for its users and came a week later from its original schedule.

The slight delay for the feature came less than seven days later, and it is a good way to start the week with the new version coming for many to try out.

It is the most advanced Tesla FSD beta version there is, with more features coming with the autonomous driving feature for the company which focuses on more integration on both the public streets and highways in the country.

Additionally, it brings a better unprotected left turn maneuver, as well as its significant mapping of the roads, not to mention its enhanced pedestrian detection system.

The Tesla FSD beta aims to deliver more on the system's offers that will help users on their daily drive, with fewer worries about the AI making decisions on the road, mixing in with human drivers of other vehicles. The electric vehicle's better system now aims to deliver on an upgraded safety feature that not only protects the people inside but also those who are walking or crossing outside the car.
