Meta ‘Quest Pro’ VR Headset Leaks Online Showing the Device Apparently Left at a Hotel Room

There is a new leak on an alleged Meta Quest Pro device, and the wearable technology was left in a hotel room where the leaker snapped a picture and shared it with the world. The image showed the new VR headset from the company, leaking ahead of its showcase come October, centering on the new wearable from the Oculus lineup.

Meta's Quest Pro headset appeared on a leak from a user, with the image originating from a Facebook user named Ramiro Cardenas who posted it as a comment online. The image is now reposted via Reddit, and it shows a box that contains the VR device from Meta, believed to be the actual look of Project Cambria.

In a comment section of one post in a Facebook group called "Oculus Quest 2," Cardenas posted the image of the said VR device, with the entire box showing an image of the new headset. There was no additional information shared by the OP on the comment, and it received a lot of doubts from other users who speculate about the device's look.

Reports claim that it looks similar to the past promotional video from Meta regarding the metaverse efforts of the company.

Meta is expected to hold a VR showcase for the world come October, after a previous announcement that the company confirmed an upcoming event next month. Speculations and rumors claim that this showcase will bring the hardware from Meta, the beloved Meta Quest Pro which is highly anticipated by the public from the company, finally revealing Project Cambria.

Meta's latest wearable headset device is coming by October, and speculations on the new technology point to the Oculus Quest Pro which is the secret device codenamed "Project Cambria." It was first seen with Mark Zuckerberg's demonstration video which blurred the tech from public eyes, still making it a secret for all.

However, there is a clue to its color and look despite the blur, seeing a black color finish for it, as well as a similar stature to previous Quest headsets.

Last year also saw a promotional video of the company's efforts toward its virtual reality projects, focusing on the experience and showcasing a new headset worn in the clip. The first promo video for the headset detailed the black device worn by the VR people, with a new design that tweaked the different look of the VR headset.

It still is unknown what the new Meta Quest Pro would look like until it finally reveals by October, but the recent leak may be providing significant information on what to expect when it comes. The new image provides context to the alleged sample device from Meta's engineering department, giving the world an idea of the new wearable.
