Netflix is soon dropping the entire series much-awaited by "Cyberpunk 2077" fans, centering on a side story of the game's offers, with its story revolving around Night City. "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners" will soon release to the platform in a few hours, with its expected release date this Tuesday, September 13 via the streaming service.
The title will bring certain elements present to the game and its source material but is not exactly diving in with its canon story from the video game, but bring the spotlight to a new character. This new figure will show what it is like to survive in Night City, a place where cybernetic enhancements and crime are at a rampant rise.

'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners' Music Video Now Available
CD Projekt Red's Cyberpunk 2077 YouTube channel released the official music video of the theme song of its upcoming Netflix anime adaptation with "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners." The clip shows the animation from the series, as well as other elements appearing there, providing context to the upcoming storyline and plot.
It is the latest offer from the company, and it is a good way to kickstart the series' upcoming release from Netflix.
'Cyberpunk 2077's' Legacy
"Cyberpunk 2077" is less than two years old since it was released last December 2020 in the world, and it brought what the Polish video game developers envisioned for more than 12 years. And while CDPR focuses on an expansion for the "Cyberpunk" game, another media entity has massive plans for the franchise, particularly with Netflix's new anime.
The game received mixed reviews from fans and critics of the game, with the focus centering on the overall experience of the title which did not live up to the hype.
Nevertheless, some still appreciate the game for what it brings to the world, with a succession of the title seeing a side story that will appear via the upcoming release from Netflix. "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners" will bring a unique look into the world of Night City, centering on a new figure to lead the story.
Netflix has had a fair share of game adaptations turned anime, with one of the most prominent shows namely "League of Legends's" Arcane, Dota's "Dragon's Blood," "Tekken Bloodline," and more. The upcoming series is releasing soon, but those who are eager to watch it may look into the music video, in preparation for its drop.
