And now, the Blue Bird lawsuit against the Tesla boss reveals that his emails could not be viewed by anyone else.

None other than the judge that oversees the Twitter lawsuit, Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick, revealed the special privileges Musk has for his emails.

The social media giant has been asking the Tesla CEO to hand over his emails to the courts. However, the judge of the case has now ruled that the emails of Musk in his firms would continue to be private.

It turns out that it would be the case as Musk enjoys some special privilege that only makes his emails available to himself.

Chancellor McCormick further notes that the emails of the billionaire that Twitter is asking for are apparently protected by the attorney-client privilege, The Verge notes in its report.
