Amazon's Alexa is delivering a new feature to all. Users might see different answers from the famous AI assistant, which will now feature branded content on its responses to user queries. The new feature for Alexa will give more answers to questions instead of only giving users a page with search results, pointing to "expert brands" in the process.

According to Amazon's latest blog post, Alexa is featuring a new service for customers. It will push branded content on its answers to queries from users looking for a service, store, and other concerns.  

The AI assistant would center on delivering answers instead of lists of suggested sites or stores for users to check out, and it would address the question directly, like a friend or acquaintance suggesting a known brand. 

Amazon said that it will center on "expert brands" to address the questions of users through Alexa, providing more answers for all. 

Selected brands may converse directly with customers via Alexa, and Amazon's content moderation team would screen answers before it communicates with customers via the system.

Amazon's Brand Registry for Alexa

Interested companies or entities need to sign up for Amazon's Brand Registry system for their inclusion in Alexa's new feature which will communicate directly to customers and users. It opens a bridge for companies to bring their applicable products to user needs, having more control and the opportunity to showcase their offers to all interested users who ask Alexa for suggestions.
