LAS VEGAS, NV - JANUARY 06: Its name is seen on body of the new Chevy Bolt EV, an electric car with a battery range of 200 miles, priced at $30,000, and will be in production this year, after a keynote address at CES 2016 at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on January 6, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. CES, the world's largest annual consumer technology trade show.

The ad's title will be "EVs for everyone, everywhere" and will feature Fleetwood Mac's song "Everywhere." This will air this Sunday, September 18, at 1:00 PM on Fox. It will be shown again for the night football on NBC later that day.

Featured Vehicles

Based on a report from InsideEVs, the ad will feature the 2023 Bolt EV, 2023 Bolt EUV, 2024 Silverado EV, 2024 Blazer EV, and 2024 Equinox.

The company's first long-range EV Chevy Bolt EV, retails for $26,595, while the Bolt EUV retails for $28,195. The two mentioned vehicles are available to order, however the Silverado EV, Blazer EV, and Equinox EVs will hit the market in 2023.

These are and will be released prior to the company's plan to offer EVs that cater to all consumers at an affordable price, whether they are compacts, luxury, crossovers, SUVs, compacts, or pickups, as the company aims to overtake Tesla's sales by 2025.

However, only 25,000 EVs were sold by the company in the United States last year, which is a huge gap between Tesla's 325,000 sales. For this year, GM only sold 7,300 EVs in the second quarter. Despite these figures, Chief Executive Officer Marry Barra confidently sticks to the goal of the company.

Chevy and NFL

This will not be GM's first time releasing an advertisement during this season as Chevrolet became one of the brands that always participate in NFL games. But it will be GM's first time to feature all of its EVs in one advertisement that aims to promote mainstream adoption, as the Detroit Free Press stated in their report.

As per Chevy's Director of Marketing Steve Majoros, the NFL stint will be one of the company's strategies. He stated, "These discrete moments in time have had a positive influence, but we haven't had a chance to stitch it all together."
