The Xiaomi 13 Pro is getting closer to launch since it has successfully secured 3C certification for its 120W fast charging. The 13 Pro is a successor to the previous Xiaomi 12 Pro, which launched back in April.

Xiaomi 13 Pro Gets 3C Certification for Its 120W Fast Charging

According to the story by Gizmo China, the listing actually revealed different specs regarding the smartphone, including the fact that it will be packed with 120W fast charging. Sometime earlier, other specs were also revealed regarding the Xiaomi 13 Pro.

It was noted that the Xiaomi 13 Pro will be offering up to 12GB of RAM and powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. A report by MySmartPrice revealed that the Xiaomi 13 Pro has already received the 3C certification from China.

Smartphone Used the 2210132C Model Number for the Certification Website

A listing of the smartphone was spotted on the certification website bearing the 2210132C model number. To top everything off, the smartphone also reportedly came with 120W fast charging support.

To be completely fair, the news is not that new, and the Xiaomi 12 Pro also launched with 120W fast charging tech right off the bat. The 13 Pro, however, could launch with a large battery capacity.

Xiaomi Upcoming Smartphone Image Leaked Showing Certain Design Details

As per the report, the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Pro is expected to debut either in November or in December, along with the more basic vanilla version, the Xiaomi 13. A leaked image of the upcoming device reportedly started making rounds on the internet.

The image showed that it will feature a punch-hole display along with classically curved edges, just like the smartphone's predecessor. The smartphone is also expected to come with a 6.7-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display.

Other specs expected from the upcoming smartphone are that it will offer 2K resolution and run on a 120Hz refresh rate. When it comes to its processor, the Xiaomi 13 Pro will likely be packing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

The smartphone is expected to come with 12GB of RAM and up to 3GB of virtual RAM for extra performance. When it comes to the software, the smartphone will be sporting both Android 13 OS as well as MIUI 14.

So Far the Biggest Confirmation is the 3C Approval

Of course, the Xiaomi 13 Pro will also pack a decent set of cameras at the back. The expected cameras to be added are three 50MP cameras, while other details are still expected to launch in the next couple of days.

As per Notebook Check, Xiaomi is "allegedly racing" to be able to sync the announcement of its Android smartphones along with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, its alleged new processor. For now, what's really confirmed is that the smartphone has already gotten 3C approval.
