It is important to note that the Pixel Watch is coming for all, and it will be available for Android users to connect on their devices, but not available for an iPhone connection at the present.
The Pixel Watch's faces are also available now, particularly those coming straight from the box for one's preferences and changes.

The Google Pixel Watch App is now available via the company's Play Store platform, and it centers on the tweaks and access to the new wearable tech from the company to personalize for their needs. It also holds the key to unlocking the potential of the Pixel Watch, particularly with accessing its functions and features for user preference.
Much like the Watch app from Apple, the Google Pixel Watch will allow people to connect their smartwatches to their devices, and it is available for compatible Android smartphones to access.
Sadly, the Pixel Watch App is not available for iOS, which means that it is exclusive for Android for now, with no information regarding future integration, even via Bluetooth.
