Blizzard Entertainment officially released "Overwatch 2" just a few weeks ago yet speculations about the game are slowly surfacing online.

According to the reports, the popular first-person shooter game is rumored to be making a promising crossover with one of the biggest fast-food chains in the world: McDonald's.

"Overwatch 2" is still fresh for the fans who have been waiting for the game's sequel. With the arrival of new heroes such as Kiriko and Junker Queen, it's now up for the players to spice up the challenge in playing this FPS game.

According to Charlie Intel, the popularity of the game has even reached the fast-food chain communities following a potential collaboration of "Overwatch 2" and McDonald's.

As the official Twitter account of McDonald's Australia posted on Monday, Oct. 10, the most-awaited crossover of the year is about to take place anytime soon.

The tweet features the logo of the game together with the "coming soon" caption. Before this tweet came out, some McDonald's employees reportedly leaked the special menu terminal which contains "Overwatch 2."

At that time, the leakers revealed in September that some kiosks will sell "Overwatch 2" stuff related to McDonald's. It's still unclear what product will be sold for the collaboration, but many people speculate that it will be the upcoming Happy Meal in the fast-food chain.

At the time, no official confirmation about the crossover had been made by any of the two parties. So for now, it's best to take this report with a pinch of salt since it's only just rumored.

The collaboration could also potentially bring McDonald's skins to the game. We never know any information until there's no official announcement from Blizzard and McDonald's.

The rumors about the crossover might be connected to Junker Queen, a newly-introduced "Overwatch 2" hero from Australia. It's a matter of time until we know what's up for McDonald's.
