If you are still facing recoil problems, then you can add the Sakin Tread-40 muzzle and the FTAC Ripper 56. These accessories are all you need to stay focused on your target.
To elevate your HCR 56 loadout to the next level, you need to include the Bruen Q900 Grip to cope with the lack of movement speed and ADs from the muzzle and Ripper.

How to Get the HCR 56 in 'COD Modern Warfare 2'
