When the COVID-19 pandemic was starting, people who were bored started to try the TikTok app. After some time, many users flocked to the social media platform to share their funny content. 

Now, many individuals are trying to earn money as TikTok content creators by including products in their videos they can advertise.

According to the New York Times' latest report, TikTok generates almost $10 billion in ad revenue. This is nearly twice as much as it generated back in 2021.

While the global economic slowdown affected Facebook, Google, Snap, and other ad-reliant social media companies, TikTok appears to be experiencing business growth. 

Although many users are concerned about TikTok's content quality issues and bot traffic problems, many companies are still flocking to the online video platform. 

Experts stated that TikTok's advertising business is improving because the app attracts billions of users, especially youngsters.

Forbes reported that TikTok had become a global phenomenon. Young and adult users are quite attracted to this social media app because of its unique content. 

These include funny skits, dance challenges, and video tutorials.

Aside from this, TikTok's algorithm is also quite easy to understand compared to Facebook, Twitter, and other online websites. 

Because of this, advertisers can easily know how to keep their ads at the top of FYP.

They can use various techniques, including their products, in trending challenges. 

Another thing that makes TikTok quite efficient when it comes to advertising is that almost all individuals can promote products. This gives a vibe that anyone can become an advertiser on the online platform.
