A hacker in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is seen using a flying boat to navigate the game's virtual map via a video shared online.

In the wake of the Oct. 28 release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, a sequel, Call of Duty: Warzone 2, was released on Nov. 16.

It has been less than a month since both games' debut, but some fans have begun employing hacks and tricks in the most recent Call of Duty games.

Flying Boat

In a report by Game Rant, a user named Co2Scorpick recently uploaded a video of an enemy player in Call of Duty: Warzone 2 flying on a boat.

Co2Scorpick, upon discovering the boat, immediately swaps to a scoped rifle in order to better observe his enemy.

They make what seems to be a valiant effort to keep up with the boat, and they watch as two more players leap off just before it blows up soon after.

The hacker spotted their video on YouTube, and Co2Scorpick updated the comment area with the news that they had been invited to a game by this hacker.

They believed that one of the enemies created the hack and that it was not for sale.

They consider themselves fortunate to have seen the boat take flight, and they wonder whether they might join the hacker and record another video of a flying boat in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.

The user expressed wanting to take control of the boat, but their other players warned that doing so might get them permanently kicked out of the game. Co2Scorpick hopes the flying boat was a bug instead of a hack so players could take advantage of it without risking bans.

Widespread Cheating

Prior to this, a video of an opponent in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 cheating was posted online by a different gamer, Game Rant reported. It looks like the other player in this video is making extensive use of wall hacks to pinpoint their adversaries' exact position.

While some players were taken aback by the prevalence of cheating in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, others argued that hackers had been present in the game since a beta event sponsored by Activision in early 2022.

Activision Support

A new reporting mechanism in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 allows Activision to ban players for toxic text and voice conversations in addition to utilizing cheats.

A recent incident involving Dr. Disrespect in Call of Duty: Warzone 2's proximity chat led to a seven-day suspension for the player.

All platforms, including PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox One X/S, now have access to the latest Call of Duty: Warzone 2.
