A new feature is coming to Google Search, and it is something that will help those planning to buy a car in the United States at an easier time to know if their preferred dealership still has ample stock. The new feature from the internet company will soon display information regarding the availability of a certain brand or model from the nearest dealership available.

The latest Search feature is reportedly still in beta testing mode, but it already brings a promising feature for all users who are wanting to learn more about their next purchase.

SearchLab reported that Google upgraded its search quietly with the new spotting of a beta feature available on its service. It allows customers and interested buyers in searching for dealerships, but instead of showing only its location, contact, and other basic information, Google now displays inventories of the vehicles.

Dealers may set up their information and inventories over at Google Business Profile, and here, all the needed information may be displayed on the Search engine.

Apart from the inventories, the feature also displays the car's price, photos, and additional information, and brings a used car list for people to checkout.

According to Search Engine Land, this new feature would be under the local business profile and is limited to the United States region only. Soon, this feature would arrive with the full public version where users may look for their preferred vehicle, as well as dealerships who offer it, both used and unused, and a somewhat listing for its other information.

Google and its Search Engine

Google's Search capabilities are its bread and butter, and the company first started with this during its early days, also its longest-living technology available. Although being an old service, it does not get left in the dust, as the company has been updating the feature, with modern features like buying a train ticket directly from the search engine.

The company's Search feature also got an addition to expanding its reach and capabilities with the addition of last year's Google Lens to the feature. Instead of typing entire words or phrases, and having a hard time doing so, users may take a picture of it instead and type other commands like "How To" or "Tutorial" to add to their search needs.

Despite Google's Search is one of its initial services, the company did not stop developing it, and still is the center of its operations. Now, a new feature is arriving soon, and it will help look for your preferred car or dealerships that have enough stocks for what you are searching for, including other information and details about it.
