There is another leak from insiders regarding the upcoming Pixel Fold from Google, centering on the smartphone's build which is heavier than other competitors in the market. The sources claimed that there is a significant difference between this Google foldable and the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, the current smartphone lineup from the South Korean company.
The reason behind this is that the Google Pixel Fold will feature a larger battery, which means that it would provide users with a longer-lasting charge to get them through their needs.

9to5 Google's latest report centers on the latest leaks and information behind the Google Pixel Fold, focusing on the present iteration it delivers which would likely be what it will deliver in the future.
One of its most iconic features here is the larger battery that Google will install on the Pixel Folds, featuring a longer runtime for the device to deliver its performance and use.
The Google foldable will feature a 5,000 mAh battery which would power the device and give what it needs to last throughout the day and more.
According to Android Authority, should this leak be accurate for Google's end, this would be the largest battery put in a foldable smartphone in the industry.

Pixel Fold is Heavier than Samsung Z Fold
One of the rivals of this speculated Pixel Fold is the Galaxy Z Fold from Samsung, and to date, it only features a 4,400 mAh battery on its build. This means that should Pixel Fold be released to the market with the 5,000 mAh, it would be noticeably heavier compared to the Samsung smartphone.
Still, it is a massive upgrade compared to the current foldables in the market, as it will give users more usage time compared to the rest.

There are notable foldable smartphones in the world that are already available for the public to purchase and experience, giving them the option to switch from small devices to larger screens.
