Chromebook users should be happy this March 2023 since one of the best sandbox games of all time is now available for download on their devices.

Microsoft confirms that the "Minecraft" Early Access version is now up for installation. This means that you can now connect with your friends thanks to its cross-playability.

For the past two decades, "Minecraft" has been one of the most played games. Because of its extreme popularity, more YouTube and Twitch streamers have been featuring the game on their channels to entertain their visitors.

When the first full version of the game came out in 2011, it immediately became a top hit among fans of this multi-platform building game. After becoming playable on smartphone, PC, and other platforms, "Minecraft" has officially arrived to Chromebooks.

According to Android Police, Microsoft has launched "Minecraft" on its early access version for Chromebooks.

It's now worth-checking that you can do something interesting with your ChromeOS-powered device aside from playing native apps on it.

The release of "Minecraft" to Chromebooks happened just a few weeks after the initial trial of the game rolled out successfully.

'Minecraft' Early Access Won't Be Flawless

Since it's still on early access, it's not yet guaranteed that the game will run with no problems such as glitches, bugs, and frame drops.

"The "early access" part also means that users will have to put up with some bugs, even though they'll be paying for it. We still expect that there may be some bugs, and that's where we'll need your help. If you come across any goat-eating frogs, milkable squids, or disco dancing Ender dragons, then please let us know!" Mojang notes via Engadget.
