If this is true, then Apple could be forced to conduct a recall to fix the hardware issues. 

The latest iPhone 14 issues were spotted on the Black Cat Complaint platform; a website for customer complaints. 

Many iPhone 14 users already shared their negative experiences via the official Black Cat Complaint WeChat account.

According to GizmoChina's latest report, the affected iPhone 14 buyers are located in China.

They said that they purchased their defective iOS smartphones from an Apple-authorized dealer. 

After buying the iPhone 14 units, they experienced numerous reboots and crashes each day; averaging around one to two reboots/crashes. 

Affected Chinese users speculated that the unwanted crashes and reboots are caused by hardware defects. 

They tried to conduct a remote diagnosis and analysis report via the customer service hotline. 

However, in their first attempt, customer representatives said that there were no hardware problems at all. 

In their second call, customer service changed its statement; saying that it was a software upgrade issue.

Will This Lead to iPhone 14 Recall? 

As of press time, Apple hasn't responded to the complaints made by its Chinese consumers. 

But, if the issues are really caused by hardware defects, then there's a chance that a recall from the tech giant manufacturer will happen. 

This is not the first time that iPhone 14 users experienced issues that were allegedly caused by hardware defects. 

MacRumors recently reported that many iPhone 14 Pro users were affected by the horizontal lines display issue.
