In parallel with his business development, Alexander was constantly improving his skills in many different areas of activity. In 2018, Alexander was nominated with the national award for his contribution to the industrial and innovative potential within the Digital Summit framework. In 2021, he received another national award for the creation and implementation of an automation system for essential energy facilities.

Before getting engaged with work on a project of constructing modular houses, Alexander devoted about a year to studying the issue of construction in the USA, analyzing the situation in the housing sector, resale (flipping), and renting (long-term/short-term).
