According to The Pokemon Company, the release of "Pokemon Sleep" is set for sometime this summer, beginning its distribution to the mobile platform by the end of July.
The app would offer a mini-experience for all but could mainly use their sleep data for the progression of their Pokemon-themed experience.
At night, the app would track your sleep. In the morning, users can work with Snorlax and Neroli, a professor studying the Pokemon's sleep habits, and complete the Sleep Style Dex on different small islands available.

Here's How to Pre-Register and Use the Sleep Tracker
The "Pokemon Sleep" app is now available at Google Play for pre-registration, and this would ensure that users can immediately download it to their devices once it is released.
"Pokemon Sleep" will allow users to bond with Snorlax by feeding it berries, but it requires proper sleep and rests data from participants to bring other Pokemon like Diglett and Slowpoke to their island.
