Without that contact information there is likely significantly less competition from other investors who will have given up on it and databases are constantly being updated so the property can be flagged to be traced again in a few months. 

With this clean and comprehensive data, investors can create a hyper-targeted marketing campaign that is more likely to generate high-quality leads and run that through three marketing cycles.
