The tech mogul's mother, Maye Musk, posted images of the outing on Twitter, capturing a unique father-son interaction at the businessman's firm, which went viral online, NDTV reported.

The post swiftly garnered over 2.3 million views and more than 30,000 likes from internet users worldwide. Social media users praised Elon Musk's commitment to his company and son in the comments.

Through SpaceX, Elon Musk's impact on the satellite communications industry is expanding.

Over 60% of all satellite launches globally this year have been carried out by the firm that the multi-billionaire entrepreneur created, per Nikkei Asia. Up to 60 satellites may be launched by SpaceX rockets, and by the end of June, the company had orbited more than 1,000 satellites overall.

Astrophysicist Jonathan McDowell claims that more than 60% of all satellite placements worldwide have been carried out by SpaceX satellite launches, which presently dominate.

SpaceX has successfully launched up to 5,000 satellites into orbit since 2019 and has requested authorization to manage a total of 42,000 spacecraft.
