The TweetDeck made its comeback in early July after the team worked out several issues on the platform, and now it made another change as this service is now called "XPro."

Yes, alongside the social media's change from Twitter to X, the company also retired its renowned TweetDeck and baptized it with a new name.

It seems like every mark of Twitter in the world would be removed as the company turned it into the X app. It is part of Elon Musk's plans for the social media platform.

XPro Is the New TweetDeck: Same Features, Different Name

Users were not given a chance to say goodbye to the long-enjoyed service of TweetDeck, particularly with its recent rebrand that changed its name.

Coming in hot is XPro, with its features bringing the same as what TweetDeck has to offer, only changing its name as part of the social media's current X branding.

TweetDeck is a social media management tool designed to streamline the management of multiple Twitter accounts. It is a dashboard application that provides users with a centralized platform to monitor and interact with their Twitter feeds.

For now, free and Blue-verified users can access it, but soon it will hide behind a paywall, as revealed by the X Support account last July.

Not much has changed, as the platform's landing page still imbues the Twitter bird logo and calls it "Twitter" instead of X. Its domain is also not yet updated as it says "tweetdeck.twitter.com."

The X Rebrand Also Affects TweetDeck

Now referred to as the XPro, it is similar to Twitter's rebrand, wherein it kept the domain name, logo, and name on the landing page. It remains unknown if there would be more changes on XPro, considering that what people share online is no longer called a "tweet" but simply a "post" that rocked the entire world.

Still, this is a massive rebrand alongside X's new name and logo, following the plans that Musk set.

Elon Musk's X and TweetDeck

Earlier last month, there were previous problems on the TweetDeck as Twitter imposed read limits on the platform.

Elon Musk's intention behind the read limits was to prevent data scraping, but it has inadvertently affected the functionality of TweetDeck, causing notifications and entire columns to fail to load. X eventually introduced the new and improved TweetDeck, which fixed all its problems.

From being a free service, the company made TweetDeck limited to verified users, meaning they must have an active subscription to Twitter Blue for continued access. It will take effect after 30 days and will be during the first week of August.

With the many recent changes on the platform, including its new logo and name, listing on the Apple App Store, and the flashing sign on its headquarters, many expect that more changes will happen on X in the coming days.
