Opera, the company behind the famous browser, says that its AI-assisted chatbot Aria is now available on iPhone and iPad as an official iOS app.

With the popularity of AI chatbots everywhere, it's no wonder that they have become commonplace not just on desktops but also on mobile platforms.
According to ZDNET's recent report, iPhone and iPad users can soon utilize Aria, Opera's AI chatbot. The browser maker has created the software to act like the usual assistant that can help you whenever you have questions.
In June, Opera brought an all-around Opera One integration powered by AI to Windows, macOS, and Linux users. At that time, the firm also introduced the all-new Tab Islands feature on the browser.

Opera Witnesses Surging Number of Aria Users
Another report from Computer World highlights that Opera has one million users of the Aria chatbot as of Aug. 16.
With its collaboration with ChatGPT maker Open AI, Opera now has the tools to maximize the use of large language models or LLMs. It's effective and usable even without signing in to a new account.
If you want to get started with Aria, you will need your Opera account. From here, you can craft any commands or prompts right away to test if the AI chatbot is answering your questions properly.
As much as we want to emphasize Aria being a ChatGPT in a browser, it relies more on user-controlled features. It's somewhat similar to OpenAI's app in a way that it can identify programming codes. Moreover, it can instantly provide answers written in English in just a few seconds of hitting "Enter."
"As AI arrives on Opera for iOS, it's essential to emphasize that the AI experience within Opera is entirely user-controlled. You have the autonomy to opt in based on your preference for engaging with AI services," the company said.
Furthermore, the Apple Intelligent Tracking Prevention is integrated with the iOS version of Opera. If you're annoyed and bombarded with website cookies, it's time to get rid of them with this feature.
Can You Manually Delete Your Chat Stored in Opera AI
Again, you have all the means to use Aria using prompts and useful commands. You can also enable or disable it with ease.
For 30 days, your chats will stay on the platform which is helpful if you want to continue a project or any related work. It's useful if you want to resume a convo with the chatbot.
In terms of deleting your chat, you can do it manually if you want to avoid keeping it in the history.
ChatGPT collects all the data it can get from the internet and this is how Aria works as usual. It's important to verify its responses since some of them are inaccurate. They can potentially mislead a reader or spark a controversy if it contains harmful information.
