Fitness Boxing, a well-known Nintendo Switch game, will no longer be available for purchase on the Switch eShop after November 30th, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. UK time, according to a recent announcement from Nintendo UK.

The video game firm released this information through its official Twitter account. Nintendo UK said that both the digital edition of Fitness Boxing and its demo would no longer be available for download. According to Nintendo Life, Nintendo UK has yet to explain the decision.

However, those who have already purchased Fitness Boxing or downloaded the demo will continue to have access to their copy and any future upgrades. Fortunately, those who are interested in playing the game may still get Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise, according to a report from GoNintendo.

Nintendo UK and other European branches have released this statement. However, Nintendo of America has yet to make an announcement of the removal of the popular boxing workout video game.

Fitness Boxing to Have an Anime Adaptation

Fitness Boxing for the Nintendo Switch blends rhythmic activities with musical rhythms from well-known tunes. The interactive experience is improved by allowing players to modify their workout by choosing from a variety of fitness objectives. The game includes famous songs with instrumental versions that players can interact with by punching and squatting while using the Joy-Con controllers, creating a fun whole-body exercise, per Nintendo.

In another update, Fitness Boxing is slated to have its anime version, an unexpected development for a Nintendo Switch game. The game has been acknowledged as a top possibility for such an adaptation due to its popularity, especially in Japan, according to Reuters.
