Displate Chief Technology Officer Piotr Kacała introduces a unique way for tech teams to adopt best practices and solve problems with his new decks of tools, frameworks, and insights.

For over 20 years, Piotr Kacała has built tech products and led engineering teams across a number of different industries, only to find his place in the world's most-beloved metal poster multiverse as CTO of Displate. Now, he has compiled his expertise along with the most useful tools, frameworks, and practices in his newly released Product Cards.

Inspired by deckbuilding card games, Product Cards is a curated set of over 100 digital cards designed with tech leaders in mind. They combine some of the most common challenges with a collection of effective solutions and tools, and cover areas such as product management, design, engineering, agile, leadership, and organizational culture.

"I created Product Cards because I noticed a gap in the market for a tool that helps tech teams adopt best practices more quickly and effectively and help scale teams. Many resources out there provide best practices, but they're often scattered across different sources and don't provide easy, step-by-step instructions on how to adopt them in your teams. Product Cards provide a clear and concise set of curated tools, practices, and frameworks that are easy to understand and implement in your context. Plus, they're fun and engaging!" - says Piotr Kacała, CTO at Displate and creator of Product Cards.

Each card is also a knowledge pill, offering leaders a chance to take a deeper dive and broaden their perspective with companion reading materials. Product Cards are designed in a way that lets tech leaders create their own custom decks, based on their ongoing strategies, growth tactics, or main challenges. This way, they are able to use the collected insights when brainstorming problem solutions, working on a project roadmap, or running a retrospective team meeting.

"You can focus on the most pressing problems (decks) and counter them with specific solutions (cards), all in the context of your team. Or you can use Product Cards to document the good practices your organization has already implemented and choose ones you want to work on in the future. Get creative and find the way that best fits your needs and management style" - adds Kacała.

Product Cards is currently in early access, offering a selection of free digital preview decks available after a sign-up. Kacała also announced the limited physical version of Product Cards coming out later this year.
