Nokia could be launching a new device in India, and so far, speculations point to two possible units that were found in the US. This comes as the company recently launched two different smartphones in the US in August.

New Unrevealed Nokia 5G Smartphone Model or Models to be Launched in India with Revelation on September 6

According to the story by Gadgets 360, Nokia is getting ready to launch a new 5G smartphone lineup with a smartphone that has yet to be announced. This came after a teaser video was released on September 2, sharing that a new 5G model could be launched in India. 

The announcement was posted by Nokia on Twitter, or X, announcing that the new smartphone would be a 5G model. So far, the handset is expected to be revealed on September 6, with no details available regarding the smartphone.

The teaser video reportedly shows curved corners and other details of the smartphone. So far, the company needs to announce further information regarding the smartphone to show or reveal what buyers might get with the new device.

Recently, Nokia launched two smartphones in the US market, the Nokia G310 5G and Nokia C210 models. So far, the Nokia G310 5G comes with Android 13 and 4 GB of RAM while also being powered with the Snapdragon 480+ 5G SoC.

The Smartphone Also Packs a 90 Hz Refresh Rate Screen with a 20:9 Aspect Ratio and 720 x 1,612 Pixels Screen

Aside from that, the device also packs a 6.56-inch HD+ display, which comes at a 20:9 aspect ratio, while also running on a screen size of 720 x 1,612 pixels. The device also performs at a refresh rate of 90 Hz, making it good enough for gaming devices.

Regarding the optics, Nokia reportedly has a triple rear camera setup, with its star being the 50 MP primary sensor. This camera reportedly has autofocus abilities, performing better when taking videos.

Nokia G310 5G Camera Specs Include a 50 MP Primary Sensor and 2 MP Depth and Micro Sensor

Aside from its 50 MP primary sensor, the Nokia G310 5G, as fans can see on Smart Prix, comes with two 2 MP depth and macro sensors, and as for its front cam, the device comes with an 8 MP sensor. The device also supports 20W fast charging for its 5,000 mAh battery.

As for the device's resistance against dust and splash, the smartphone is rated IP52 and comes with its QuickFix technology, making it easy for owners to perform self-repairs. It also comes with the standard micro-USB port and 3.5mm headphone jack.

Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1 as well as WiFi 802.11 b/g/n/ac. Other connections include its GPS/AGPS as well as USB OTG.

So far, there's no information regarding whether the smartphones expected to launch in India would be the Nokia G310 5G or the Nokia C210.
