Google released a new set of FAQs now that the NFL regular season is here, and this centers on the Sunday Ticket available on YouTube, particularly for the Multiview feature available.

For YouTube TV, users may access Multiview at the top of their "Home Tab," under the "Top picks for you" row.

Scroll down further and look for "Watch in multiview," and this will take users to the numerous streams on different screens. Press "down" while watching an NFL game or Redzone to bring multiview options up.

According to Google, the quickest way to watch in multiview is to watch a game, selecting the one you prefer to be in the main view. Pressing down would give users different multiview combinations from different matches, giving users the option to choose their games.

For now, Google said that users cannot customize the Multiview experience in their sports streams, which means only the main game can be chosen. Google's combinations of other games would be predetermined by YouTube TV, with this customization feature coming soon.

YouTube TV and its Offers

Back towards the end of 2022, NFL's Sunday Ticket was leaving DirecTV behind, in favor of online sports streaming, with Apple TV+ and Google's YouTube TV looking to secure the license. It was Google and YouTube TV who were able to win NFL Sunday Ticket, with the new home of the games coming to the platform for as much as $300 per season.

One of the first offers of YouTube TV for the NFL Sunday Ticket was a split-screen feature, and this is the parent of the now-renowned Multiview, which allows multiple games and events to play at the same time.

It is important to note that YouTube TV's Multiview stream would only feature one audio, and that is for the main game that would stream on their screens.

One device with multiple streams of different games is set to revolutionize sports streaming, with more combinations from different matches or leagues coming in the future. For now, Google is focusing on YouTube TV to feature NFL Sunday Ticket games only, for preset combinations of games streaming simultaneously coming soon, as decided by YouTube TV for fans.
