Huawei has just launched a new product in China, the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2. It comes with a powerful screen and neat specs. As the name suggests, the device measures 13.2 inches, making it portable without being too small.

Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 Launches With a 16 MP Front-Facing Camera

According to GSM Arena, the screen of the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 is an OLED display with a 3:2 aspect ratio on its 1920 x 2880 pixel screen. The device also comes with a 144Hz refresh rate capable of reaching up to 1,000 nits peak brightness.

The screen also comes with thin bezels, and the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 packs six speakers and four microphones. It was also revealed that it has a 16MP front-facing camera housed inside a display notch or hole-punch cutout on the horizontal side.

With the help of its hardware, the device offers optimal voice pickup when users are taking calls. The slate measures 4.4mm thick and is 580 grams heavy, with the back featuring a brocade fiber design.

The Device Also Comes With a 13 MP Main Camera and an 8 MP Ultrawide Sensor

As for its camera at the back, the device has a circle at one of its corners with a 13MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. So far, Huawei has not revealed its official chipset, but as per speculations, the device is said to have the Kirin 9000 chipset, which is also being used in the Mate 60 series devices.

The tablet has Wi-Fi capabilities and options for 12GB or 16GB RAM. As for its storage, buyers can choose from 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB. The device is said to be using the HarmonyOS 4 software.

As for its hardware, the device comes with a 10,100 mAh battery as well as 88W wired fast charging. The company is also launching the new third-gen M-Pencil stylus and the Huawei Smart Magnetic keyboard.

According to Giz China, the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 is said to be the thinnest as well as the lightest edge-to-edge tablet.

Buyers Can Purchase the Stylus and Keyboard Separately

However, both the stylus and the keyboard are said to be sold separately, meaning users would have to spend extra if they want to purchase the device with the accessories. Despite the additional expense, buyers could benefit from the keyboard and stylus, adding different abilities to the tablet.

It was also reported that the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 has color options of green, black, and white. Since the device was only initially revealed in China, it was listed at 5,199 CNY ($711) for the 12GB RAM and 256GB option.

The more expensive Huawei Mate Pro 13.2 with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage would reportedly cost buyers CNY 6,999, which is around $957. Fans can check out the device on Vmall for the available versions.
